Obituary of Maddox A. Fields

Bedford Maddox Amil Fields, infant son of Amil and Brooke (Ray) Fields died at 8:30 pm on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at the I.U. Medical Center in Indianapolis. Survivors include his parents, Amil and Brooke of Bedford; siblings, Kaily and Tyron Fields both at home; maternal grandparents, Greg and Linda Ray of Springville; paternal grandparents, Phillip and Karen Fields of Ohio; maternal great grandparents, Martha Phillips of Springville; Joe and Sally Ray of Seymour; paternal great grandmother, Mildred Fields of Bedford; aunts and uncles, Brittany and Matt Olson of Springville, Josh and Heidi Gillihan of Bedford, Rob and Trisha Fields of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents and one great uncle. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 7th at the Oak Grove Cemetery with Rev. Rodney Reynolds officiating. No calling hours are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
