Obituary of Vincent James Edie

Bedford Vincent James V.J. Edie, 22, of 2909 Bud Stipp Road, Bedford, died at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 27th from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Born October 27th, 1984, he was the son of James Edie and Regina Holbrook Terry. He was employed at Golden Corral. He was a member of the Leesville United Methodist Church. Surviving are his parents, Regina & Monte Terry of Bedford and James Edie of Bedford; his girlfriend, Jessica Bugh of Bedford; 1 Brother, Chris Edie of Bedford; 2 Sisters, Layna Terry of Bedford and Brenna Nikirk of Williams; Grandparents, Duane & Julia Terry of Bedford and Herb & Rita Waggoner of Bedford; Great Grandparents, Bob & Betty Stancombe of Bedford and Bill & Norma Terry of Silverville; Aunts and Uncles, Earl & Sharon Holbrook of Bedford, David & Tara Holbrook of Bloomington, Donna Gronski of Evansville, Dwight & Nancy Holbrook of Oaktown, Vinnie Holbrook & Lori Moore of Ellettsville, Marty & Mary Terry of Florida, Mike & Stacey Terry of Bedford, Tim & Suzette Stancombe of Bedford, Robert Robinson of Bedford, Larry & Judy Bailey of Silverville and Steve & Jeaneen Sons of Bedford as well as several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Earl C. Bill Papaw Holbrook and Edith Jacqueline Jackie Mamaw Holbrook and his aunt, Reva Robinson. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 31st, from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Rob Kirts officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville United Methodist Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, October 30th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. He will be missed very much.
