Obituary of April Acton

Williams April Acton, 53, of 2892 Port Williams Road, Williams, IN, died suddenly at 8:39 pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born December 4, 1953 in Marion County, she was the daughter of Walter and Pearl McArthur. She married Steve Acton on March 31, 1984 and he survives. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and landscaping. Survivors include her husband, Steve of Williams; one daughter, Stephanie Acton of Greenfield, IN; one step-daughter, Shallen Acton of Greenfield, IN and one brother, Walter Charlie Alsop of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Scott and Gordon McArthur. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Monday, December 11th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Port Williams Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 10th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
