Obituary of Larry D. Eagans

Springville Larry D. Eagans 62, of Springville, died at 6:25 am on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. Born August 15, 1951 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Claude and Rosalie Eagans and Leola (Roll) Pierce. He married Linda Eggers on August 18, 1972 and she survives. He was employed at GE in machine setup and plastics. Survivors include his wife, Linda, of Springville; two daughters, Stormie Eagans of Bloomfield and Amy Eagans of Springville; ten grandchildren, Nick McKamey, Marissa Warner and husband, Dennis, Natasha Magers and husband, Chris, Drew McKamey, Audrey McKamey, Colten Johnson, Grayson McKamey, Noah, Eli and Grace Cumming; one great grandson, Clark Warner; three brothers, Marty Eagans of East Oolitic, Brad Taylor and Kevin Taylor both of Bloomington; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother, Rosalie Eagans; a sister, Sharon Roll and a brother, Mike Eagans, Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, December 13th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Doug Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in the Springville Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 12th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
