Leroy was a force of nature. I can hear his husky over opinionated voice discussing the polictics of the day. I will miss going passed the house and seeing him and Mardelle on the porch reading and drinking coffee,then he would give a wave. Tim told his son many years ago that Leroy was the Mayor of Williams. I think he was right. You are all in my prayers during this sad time. We were all blessed for having known Leroy.
