Dear Drew and Mike: I just found out about Aunt Dottie's passing last night after speaking with my Mom. I can't tell you how sad we all are for your loss. She was one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of being around. I hope both of you find some peace in knowing what a great life she lead. Drew and family, I simply cannot tell you how saddened we are about Dottie. She and your dad were a tremendous influence on us since Dick hired me nearly 40 years ago. They were truly wonderful people who cared about their family and community. God bless you and them.

Though I never knew Dottie personally, I appreciated her newspaper columns and her willingness to contribute to the community in multiple ways. By all accounts she was a kind lady who loved to help others and did what she could to make the world a better place. Thank you for sharing her with us. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.
