One month today. I truly wonder if there are holes in the floor of heaven... Garrett helped dad smooth over your grave site today. Abi came to the realization that you won't be at her 5th grade graduation. I've found myself remembering how soft your skin was, and how you made certain to tell me that you loved me, "no matter what". Life goes on mom, but it was better for me knowing that you were here. I love you.

3 weeks and 2 days- feels like an eternity. I'm not sure how long I can write my messages here, but for now it brings me peace to send you notes. I'm sorry that I never understood the physical pain that you felt- but I always felt the love you had for me. The kids are doing great, Abi has pajama day tomorrow- would've benn your favorite school day of the year :) All 5 of Garretts track meets have been cancelled due to rain, but his band performance at the Arts Festival was fantastic. I miss you mom...

Bro. Bill, Amy, and Jennifer, I am so terribly sorry to hear of Sis. Susie's passing. My heart is breaking!!! I had no idea she was sick, and just found out tonight of her passing. Sis. Susie was such an outstanding person and I loved her dearly! I really enjoyed the time spent with her years ago when you all were in Georgia. Also, many memories of talking with her while we evangelized and saw them at different meetings! Amy, I will never forget all the great times we spent as kiddos running around! It's been a week mom, and that doesn't seem possible. Your service was beautiful, Bro. Larry did an outstanding job. The hilltop kids sang, and you would have enjoyed it so. Dad, Jennifer and I spent the evening filling out the thank you cards for the donations and flowers that were recieved. Dad misses you so much, but Jennifer and I will take good care of him. I love you.
