I was priveleged to have Don work for me at Central Foundry as a casting cleaner in 1965-66. I was always so impressed with his work ethics. He was on second shift with me and was one of my 'go to' guys if I needed something special done. Not only did he perform at the highest standard, he maintained a second job of timbering, starting early in the morning after a few hours sleep and rest. I do not know how he kept it up, but I never saw him miss a lick at the casting cleaning job. I haven't seen him for several years, but I often reference him when I am thinking of someone who knows what hard work is. He not only knew what it was....he did it! So happy to see he was a Christian and I am sure you will miss him. I had great respect for Don.
