Obituary of Mildred Louise Crutchfield

Bedford Mildred Louise Crutchfield, 92, of Bedford, died at 9:19 am on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Johnson Christian Village. Born November 21, 1921 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Lowell and Myrl (Hawk) Bellville. She married David Crutchfield on June 29, 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1989. She worked as an assembler at RCA, and as a supervisor at Delco Electronics and General Motors. She was a member of the Bedford First Church of God. Survivors include two daughters, Jan Corbin and husband, Le of Bedford and Jill Bolger and husband, Hank of Kokomo; five grandchildren, David Corbin, Michael Corbin and wife, Jerri all of Bedford, Mary Beth DuVall and husband, Tim, Jan Lane and husband, Gary all of Westfield and Robert Galbraith of Terre Haute; fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a granddaughter, Angelia DuVall; a brother, Charles Bellville and a sister, Mary Olive Duitz. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 21st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Mark Duncan officiating. Entombment will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, November 21st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
