Obituary of Clois M. Crabtree

Bedford Clois Crabtree, 79, of Walnut Heights, Bedford, died at 3:45 pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at the Hospitality House in Bedford. Born December 2, 1925 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of John and Stella M. Edwards. She married William J. Crabtree and he preceded her in death on October 16, 2000. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include on son Thomas Brown of South Carolina; one daughter, Rose Crabtree of Bedford; several grandchildren; two step-sons, Gary and Greg Crabtree. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, John and Emmett Edwards and one sister, Christina Edwards Brown. Funeral Information A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date and burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery. No calling hours are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
