Obituary of Richard G. Corwin

Bedford Richard G. Corwin, Sr., 88 of 526 15th Street, Bedford, formerly of Salem, IN, died at 4:59 pm on Sunday, December 24, 2006 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born October 29, in New York, he was the son of Norman and Ethel Corwin. He was a retired postal worker and a veteran of WW II serving with the U.S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Salem. Survivors include one son, Richard Corwin, Jr. and three grandchildren. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 28th at Green Hill Cemetery with Johnny Johnson officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 am until 12:45 pm on Thursday, December 28th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside by members of the American Legion.
