Obituary of Ronnie Collins
Springville Ronnie Collins, 66, of Springville, died Saturday morning at IU Health Hospital in Bedford.
Born November 16, 1947 in London, KY, he was the son of Estel and Lucy (Gross) Collins. Among his many talents, Ronnie was a skilled contractor/carpenter in Bedford, as well as, a lifelong car enthusiast who both collected and restored classic street rods. Ronnie was an active member of the local car show club. He will be missed by the many people whose lives he has touched.
Survivors include his mother, Lucy Collins; one daughter, Christina Collins; mother of daughter, Connie Baker; one brother, Doug Collins and his wife Delores; one sister, Cheryl Bundy and husband George E.; two nephews, Will Bundy and Jan Mills; one niece, Elizabeth Poe; devoted friends, Kay Weldon, Becky Weldon, Agnus Boone and many others. The family would like to acknowledge David Flynn, Rick Kelley, Maxine Cosby and all others who loved, provided care and supported him throughout his courageous battle.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 15th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Springville West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 14th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
