Obituary of Ronald E. Brewer

Springville Ronald E. Brewer, 74, of 264 Red Hill Addn., Springville, IN, died at 12:35 am on Monday, December 7, 2009 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born June 15, 1935 in Oolitic, he was the son of Ernest and Ida Belle (Attebury) Brewer. He married Mary Godsey on July 22, 1962 and she survives. He retired as a salesman for TLC after twenty-five years. He enjoyed golfing, puzzles, fishing and visiting with family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Mary of Springville; three daughters, Trena Burke and husband, Darrell of Bedford, Renae Flynn and husband, Lowell Ray of Springville, Lorri Brewer of Springville who was also his caregiver; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Debra Brewer; a son, Ronald (Butch) Brewer; three brothers, Ed Jaggers, Junior Brewer and Donnie Brewer; three sisters, Hartzel Fender, Dorothy Fletcher and one in infancy. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 9th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Kevin Giggy officiating. Burial will follow in Hanson Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 8th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
