Obituary of Marilyn Esther Bottles

Bedford Marilyn Esther Bottles, 81, died at 2:15 pm on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Dunn Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 1, 1927 in Holyoke, MA to Hollis Kimberly King and Esther Louise Davis. She graduated from Holyoke Nursing School in 1949. She was licensed as an RN in Massachusetts, South Carolina and Indiana. She married Joseph Bottles on October 18, 1968 in Charleston, SC. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with 22 years of service. They settled in Mitchell, IN in 1977. Surviving family members include: her husband, Joseph Bottles of Mitchell, a sister, Jean Elizabeth Huffines of Charleston, SC, two sons, John K. Bottles of Holyoke, MA and Glen A. Bottles of Holyoke, MA, two daughters, Kathy E. Bodkin of Mitchell and Cynthia L. Norton of Cincinnati, OH, five grandchildren; Deidra Bodkin, Emma Norton, Hannah Norton, GlenAllen J. Bottles and Aimee Bottles. Funeral Information There will be no viewing or funeral service.
