Obituary of Virginia M. Ingle

Bedford Virginia M. Ingle, 96, a resident of the White River Lodge, formerly of 1518 1st Street, Bedford, died at 12:25 pm on Friday, July 7, 2006 at the White River Lodge. Born January 29, 1909 in Louisville, KY, she was the daughter of Charles Henry and Bertha C. (Showalter) Taylor. She married Clifford C. Ingle and he preceded her in death on March 23, 1962. She was employed at Sarkes-Tarzian Inc. and had worked in food service of Indiana University before retiring in 1979. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Bedford. Survivors include two sons, Carl Eugene Ingle and his wife, Mary of San Diego, CA and Bill Ingle and his wife, Carole of Bedford; one daughter, Elaine Ingle Roberts and her husband, Joe, of Bellbrook, OH; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Esther Bluff of Sparta, IL and Anna Loveall of Wheeling, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, Olivia Mize and Jeanetta Taylor; three brothers, Charles, Jr., Leland and Louis Taylor. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 10th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. David Colgan officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, July 9th and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Monday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
