Obituary of Heubert Edman Wells

Heubert Edman Wells Heubert Wells, 89, formerly of Bedford died on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born July 8, 1922 in Lawrence County, He was the son of Justus and Mary Ann (Robison) Wells. He was a member of the Teamsters union and retired after thirty seven years from CWI Trucking in Indianapolis. He was a fifty year member of the Bedford Masonic Lodge. Survivors include a son, Heubert Dennis Wells and wife, Mela of Bernalillo, NM; a daughter, Virginia Richardson and husband, Nate of Bedford; three grandchildren, Andre Wells, Tony Hill, Jason Hill and wife Christie; four great-grandchildren, Austin Hill, Olivia Hill, Eliana Hill, Josiah Hill; and several nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Walter, Leonard, Clifford, and Winfred; three sisters, DeOma, Estes, and Inez. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 22nd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Don Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Bennett Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to the time of service on Monday, November 22nd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
