Obituary of David W. Wagner
Bloomington David W. Wagner, 57 of Bloomington, died unexpectedly Monday, September 17, 2012 at 7:35 am at his residence.
Born April 5, 1955 in Indianapolis, IN he was the son of Shirley (Tolliver) Webster and was raised by Blaine Webster. He married Kim Wagner. He retired after 25 years from G.E. in Bloomington and was a member of the I.B.E.W. Local 2249 union. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends, who he enjoyed spending time with. He also liked making music, playing guitar and the harmonica. David was always quick with a joke and smile.
Survivors include his wife Kim of Bloomington, five children, Andrew Bowlby, Jamie Jahnke, Mike Jahnke, Mike Gillespie and Gretchen Williams, his mother Shirley, eight grandchildren, five siblings, Danny Wagner, LouAnn Roberts, Tom Wagner, Kelly Webster and Matt Webster, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 20, 2012 with Homer Roberts officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of the service in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
