Obituary of Janice M. Wade

Bedford-Janice M. Wade, 71, of Bedford died at 5:36pm on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the I.U. Health Bedford Hospital. Born August 15, 1941 in Detroit, MI she was the daughter of James Haywood and Opal (Chastain) Johnson. She married Carl Wade on May 30, 1958 and he survives. She was a member of the Fairview Community Church and had worked as a greeter for Wal-Mart. Survivors include her husband, Carl; one daughter: Jana Wade of Bedford; one granddaughter: Molly Weber of Bedford; one brother: Butch Haywood of Bedford, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Robert William. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday November 14th 2012 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Keith Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 pm until8:00 pm on Tuesday, November13th.
