Obituary of Lisa J. Blake

Bedford Lisa J. Blake, 43, of Bedford, died at 1:15 pm on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at Garden Villa in Bedford, IN. Born November 25, 1964 in Daviess Co., she was the daughter of John E. Blake and Mary McCoy. Survivors include her father and step-mother, John E. and Ethel Blake of Bedford; her mother, Mary McCoy of Indianapolis; two brothers, John E. Blake, Jr. of Indianapolis and Joseph Anthony Blake of Bedford; her grandmother, Nora Wade of Bedford and aunt, Sally Fletcher of Mitchell. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 19th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Gary Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Lawrence Co. Friends may call from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, January 19th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
