Obituary of Jacobus C. L. A. Verbocht

BedfordJacobus Jack C.L.A. Verbocht, 53, of 1692 Guthrie Road passed away at 1:00 PM Friday, August 6th at the StoneBridge Health Campus. Born on March 25, 1951 in Roosendaal, Netherlands, he was the son of Cornelis Verbocht and Jacoba Verbocht-Nuijten. He was a mechanical engineer for Sterling Fluids in Indianapolis and a member of the Valley Mission Church. He married Rita Maddox on November 15, 1985 and she survives. Also surviving are three sons: Robert Bobby Verbocht, David Verbocht and Andrew Verbocht all at home; three brothers: Harry, Geert and Andre Verbocht all of the Netherlands; two sisters: An Verbocht and Riet Verbocht-Matijssen of the Netherlands and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 10th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Duane Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Hanson Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday, August 9th from 1:00 until 8:00 PM at Day & Carter Mortuary.
