Obituary of Edna Caroline Trowbridge

Bedford Edna Caroline (Huff) Trowbridge, 88, of 504 14th Street, Bedford, died at 6:50 pm on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at her residence. Born November, 20 1921 she was the daughter of Walter Ducky and Bertie (Henderson) Huff. She worked years in factories and in retail. She retired from The Salvation Army Thrift Store. She was a member of Dive Christian Church. Caroline married Leroy Terrell in 1937. He preceded her in death in 1965. She then married Kenneth Trowbridge in 1966 and he preceded her in death in 1974. Survivors include two, sons, Roy Terrell and his wife Cathy of Owensburg, Mike Terrell and his companion, Danetta Moore of Bedford, two daughters, Janet Terrell of Greenwood, Kim Trowbridge of Bedford, 20 grandkids, 48 great grandkids, 14 great great grandkids, a brother Jack Huff of Muncie, IN and one sister, Mary Painter of Florida. A daughter, Phyllis Terrell and four sons, Woodrow Terrell, James Terrell, Rodger Terrell and Tim Terrell, as well as her parents, both husbands, four brothers, one sister and one granddaughter preceded her in death. Funeral Information A graveside service will be conducted at 3:15 on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Beech Grove Cemetery with Jay Bennett officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the Day & Carter Mortuary on Thursday, October 14th.
