Obituary of Cheryl K. Tolbert

Mitchell Cheryl K. Tolbert, 46, of 245 Bartlett Dr., Mitchell, IN, died at 3:20 pm on May 28, 2003 at Bloomington Hospital following a three year illness. Born September 20, 1956 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of William and Betty (McNeely) Tolbert. She was an account clerk for Phi Delta Kappa Sorority in Bloomington and had formerly worked at Dunn Memorial Hospital in Bedford for twenty-two years. She was of the protestant faith and loved the outdoors, camping, gardening and flowers. Survivors include her mother, Betty of Mitchell, IN; maternal grandmother, Mary McNeely; two sisters, Cindy Morrison and her husband, Dink, of Oolitic, IN and Cecilia Wittmann and her husband, Ferd, of San Diego, CA; two nieces, Sharon Minton and her husband, Matthew and Carrie Howat and her husband, Andy; one nephew, John Eversole and his wife, Kathy; one great niece, Bethany Eversole. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 31st from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery in Mitchell, IN. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, May 30th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
