Obituary of Judith A. TeWalt

Bedford Judith A. TeWalt, 76, of Bedford, passed away at 8:35 am on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Garden Villa in Bedford. Born September 18, 1933 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of William Merl and Fern Marie (Turner) Brown. She married John TeWalt in 1952 and he preceded her in death on October 29, 2009. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith. Survivors include one son, Jay TeWalt of Virginia Beach, VA; two granddaughters, Sarah TeWalt and Jennifer Gardiner both of Virginia Beach, VA; one grandson, Chris Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA; six great grandchildren; one sister, Jean Roberts and husband, Lewis, of Bedford; one niece, Jill Heiser; one nephew, Robby Roberts; friends, Larry and Debbie Craig and Mike Sanders. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Monday, November 30th at the Green Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Kregg Burris officiating. Burial will follow. No calling hours are scheduled. The family would like to thank the compassionate and caring people at Garden Villa Nursing Home.
