Obituary of Brandon Duane Stiles

Bedford Brandon Duane Stiles, 33, of Bedford, was welcomed into his heavenly home on June 7, 2014. Brandons physical heart had weakened, but his mighty spiritual heart never failed to surround everyone that knew him with pure, unconditional love. He most enjoyed being a full-time dad to Coleson, 7, Case, 5 and Caylee, 3 and a devoted husband to his wife, Amanda Todd Stiles. Brandon devoted himself to loving and serving his Lord Jesus Christ as an active member of the Putnamville Kiairos Prison Ministry, Hoosier Hills Emmaus Community, and the Heaven Nevaeh Healing Center. Brandon was an active member of the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church where he enjoyed ministering to the widows and widowers of the church. He was a fun-loving practical joker and enjoyed being outside in Gods creation. Brandon was born May 10, 1981 at 12:01 am in Bedford to Jeffrey D. and Tina (Edington) Stiles. Brandon was a 1999 graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School. He was a heavy equipment operator for Reynolds Inc., Tri-County Builders and Lineal Contracting. In October of 2013, Brandon graduated from Heaven Nevaeh Healing Center and began his mission to lead other to Jesus. Brandon is survived by his wife, Amanda; children, Coleson, Case and Caylee; parents, Chris and Tina Peyton of Heltonville, J.D. and Toni Stiles of Bloomington; mother and father-in-law, Bob and Anne (Hillenburg) Todd of Bedford; sister, Britta Cowan with nephew and niece, Braxton and Zoey all of Bedford; sister-in-law, April (Todd) Haskett with husband Bryce and nephew, Luke and nieces, Olivia, Grace and Eva; sister-in-law, Rachel (Todd) Guthrie and husband, Troy and niece, Abigail and nephew, Brandt; grandparents, Willard and Pearl Stiles; aunts, Ruth Ann Rollin, Carole Reynolds, Betty Breedlove, Mary Jane Chism, Teresa Morris, Glenna Byrne, Sondra McWilliams, Patty Sullivan; uncles, James Edington and Bob Chism; cousins, Gina Burton, Ruth Reynolds, Ben Reynolds, Jennifer Burton, Tammy LaBelle, Jeff Arthur, Tommy Arthur, Steve Slotten, Shannon Corbin, Rob Slotten, Derick Eagan, Andrea Jones, Heather Byrne, Sam Harrison, Chelsea Edington and Chance Edington. Brandon was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Billy Wilson and Venus Edington; an aunt, Sherry Chism; paternal great-grandparents, Bill and Ruby Baker, Forrest and Flossie Stiles. Brandon faithfully relied upon scripture for guidance. He quoted two of his favorites often, But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15 and Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands. 1 Thessalonians 4:11. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 12th at the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church with Jeff Hudleson, Jim Valentine and David Norris officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until the hour of service on Thursday, June 12th at the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church. Donations Information In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund for his childrens education, set up at Hoosier Hills Credit Union.
