Obituary of Patricia L. Holt

Bedford Patricia L. Holt, 71, of Bedford died at 9:45 pm on Monday, October 12, 2009 at her residence. Born February 13, 1938 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Orville and Mary (Meadows) Pruett. She married Robert Holt on August 3, 1955 and he survives. She was a retail clerk and manager for Ralphs Market in California. She attended the First Baptist Church in Bedford. Survivors include her husband, Robert; one son, Alan Holt of Bedford; one brother, John Pruett of Bloomington; one sister, Mary Patrick of Bloomfield; two grandchildren, Robert and Becky Holt of Dongola, IL; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Robert and David Holt; two brothers, Thomas and Howard Pruett; two sisters, Carol Whyer and Helen Gerkin. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 15th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Dr. Kregg Burris officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinhook Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 8;00 pm on Wednesday, October 14th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
