Obituary of Floyd E. Sego

Bedford Floyd E. Sego, 80, of 2738 V Street, Bedford, died at 4:10 pm on Sunday, August 15, 2004 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born September 6, 1923 in Grayson County, KY, he was the son of Ben and Grace (Powell) Sego. He married Dorothy Wilson on June 10, 1972 and she survives. He was a machine operator for NWSC Crane. Surviving with his wife, Dorothy are one daughter, Donetta Eads of Bedford; two sons, Ed Sego of Dover, DE and Ernie Sego of Oklahoma City, OK; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two brothers, Chestine and Carlos Sego of Kentucky; two step-sons, Danny and David Bridges both of Bedford; four step-daughters, Brenda Corey of Bedford, Becky True of Indianapolis, Sheila Storie of Oklahoma and Theresa Bridges of Ohio. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ethel Butler and Ulla Fualkerson; four brothers, Elzie, Alvie,Charlie and Orval Sego. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 21, 2004 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
