Obituary of Loren E. Roberts

Bedford-Loren E. (John) Roberts, 71, of 258 White Lane, Bedford, died at 4:16pm. on Friday, December 30, 2005 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born May 24, 1934 he was the son of Olin and Ethel (Colvin) Roberts. He married Georgia M. Robbins on May 21, 1955 and she survives. He retired as maintenance supervisor at Bedford North Lawrence High School. He was a member of the Elks Lodge. Surviving with his wife Georgia, one son Brent Roberts and his wife Trina of Sullivan, IN ; and one daughter Brenda Wilson and her husband Gerald of Columbus, IN; five grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and one sister Barbara Roberts of Noblesville, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, one great grandchild; and two sisters, Roberta Hougland and Virginia George. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Dr. Dennis Turner officiating.
