Obituary of Deloris June Riley

Bedford Deloris (Junie) Riley passed from this life, surrounded by family, on Wednesday evening, October 24th. Deloris was born in Oolitic on May 14, 1934 to parents, William and Mattie Bush. She was a free spirit and will be greatly missed by her loved ones. Deloris was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Estes Bush, Brother, Robert Bush, sister Rosemary Jones and husband, Robin Riley. Deloris is survived by brother, William Bush, Jr., sisters, Peggy Rocco, Mary Ellen Sowders and Matricia Butler and long-time companion, Mearle Hall. Also surviving are children, Paul Dorsett, Nancy Stancombe and Dennis Jones, twelve nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 29th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Monday, October 29th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. The family wish to express their gratitude for the care Deloris received from the doctors and staff at Monroe Hospital and Southern Care Hospice.
