Obituary of Preston Trevor Richter

Springville Preston (Pappy) Trevor Richter, 41, of 4741 State Road 54 West, Springville, died on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at his residence. Born April 26, 1966 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Elmer and Ruth (Moore) Richter. He was a carpenter. Survivors include his parents, Elmer and Ruth Richter of Springville; four children, Trista Richter Gipson of Springville, Brandon Richter, and twins, Nichole and Tiffany Richter all of Bedford; two grandchildren, Emma and Landon Gipson; brothers, Maurice Richter and his wife, Brenda of Franklin, IN, Kevin Richter and his wife, Anna of Oolitic; sisters, Cheryl Evans and her husband, Wes of Bloomington, IN, Dee Thomas and her husband, Donnie of Bedford; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Stuart Richter; his maternal grandparents, Edgar and Iona Moore and his paternal grandparents, Everett and Blanche Richter. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 17th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Kenny Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 16th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. View Video Tribute
