Obituary of Connie Kelly Richard

Guthrie Connie Kelly Richard, 58, of Guthrie, died at 6:45 am on Friday, January 2, 2004 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Born February 4, 1945 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Robert O. and Nina F. (Garsnett) Kelly. She married Jerry Richard on June 20, 1992. She was a data technician and secretary at Vitro Corporation in Bloomington and of the Christian Faith. Survivors include her husband, Jerry, one daughter, Tricia Owens Hillenburg and her husband, Dennis, of Bedford; one son, Trent Owens and his wife, Nancy, of Bedford; her mother, Nina Kelly of the Guthrie community; two sisters, Cathy A. Gilbert of Santa Claus, IN and Debbie K. Combs of Unionville, IN; one niece and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 6th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Phil Vaughan officiating. Burial will follow in Hanson Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 5th and from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Tuesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
